SHIPPING POLICY

We now offer international and US shipping.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. When you place an order, that does not mean it is already processed. You will be notified via email that was provided, when your order has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.  We kindly ask that you be patient, as we are making sure your items are coming to you safe and not damaged.

Please be mindful, business days do not include the weekends. We work Monday-Friday. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the items we do sell, returns are not allowed. If you do have a damaged product, we cannot take it back.

In the case that something is wrong with your item(s)  we can offer you a full refund or send you a new item.  All refunds require approval. Upon approval you will receive a full refund.

We do reserve the right to deny any refund, if it is not approved.

For any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us!

We make sure before we send any products off, that they are secure and prevented from being broken. In any situation where your items come to you damaged, we will take full responsibility.

In doing so,  we cannot give you a full refund and a new item. You can either except a new item, or receive a full refund.

Digital gift cards are non refundable.
